In furtherance of Ease of Doing Business, the Govt. of Delhi has integrated the SPICE+ portal with the Delhi Shops & Establishments registration portal, facilitating a single window registration under the Companies Act and the Delhi Shops & Establishments Act.

Under the Ease of Doing business measures, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has developed the SPICE+ Portal, a single window facility for company incorporation, offering various services including issuance of PAN, TAN, ESIC No, Bank Account, P. Tax, etc.

Under the current order by the Delhi Govt, those companies intending to obtain Shops & Establishments Registration for the first time will need to apply through the SPICE+ Portal.

Subsequent registrations for different branch offices of the establishment under the Delhi Shops & Establishments Act, 1954 can be obtained directly from the Delhi Labour portal – https://labourcis.nic.in/
