Union minister Maneka Gandhi launched the SHE-box a portal on 7th Nov 2017 to help women lodge complaints online about sexual harassment at work.
The online complaint management system - 'SHe-box' (sexual harassment electronic box) - will be hosted on the website of the ministry of women and child development.
Earlier this facility was available only for government employees; now private sector employees too can lodge an online complaint.
