McDonald’s CEO has been fired over a relationship that’s becoming taboo: workplace romance !

In recent years; other companies have taken similar actions penalizing workplace relationships. The Management did not have an ICC and further instead of taking her complaint seriously had terminated her from the services.,A female student of a Government college in Faridabad has alleged sexual harassment against an Associate Professor; a junior laboratory assistant and a peon.

The female student alleged that the accused would befriend with female students and then would target the girls who would be required to reappear for their exams under the pretext of helping them in their exams in exchange of sexual favours.,•   A woman pilot of Air India has submitted a written complaint of sexual harassment against a senior pilot.

In a landmark judgment impacting the compensation payable under the ECA Act; the Madras High Court has ruled the loss of internal organs as a permanent disability.
